Your responsibilities

  • Tissue culture of hybridoma cells
  • ELISA, FACS, Western blot analyses
  • Protein purification
  • Antibody labelling
  • Data analysis and documentation
  • All tasks of the laboratory organization

Your qualifications

  • Qualified MTA / BTA / CTA / or equivalent
  • Experience with sterile tissue culture
  • Good teamplayer
  • Capable of working independently and responsibly 
  • Familiar with MS office
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Desired qualifications
  • Familiar with basic molecular biology techniques (Western blot, RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, cloning)
  • Experience in animal handling (fixation, injection techniques, organ withdrawl)
