Your responsibilities
- You will deploy your outstanding training, technology innovation and unique research vision in biology, bioengineering and biomedical AI to bridge the gap between fundamental biology and practical application.
- You become a key driver of scientific and technological innovation in one of the following fields:
- You explore genetic, molecular and/or chemical approaches for a deeper understanding of cellular and organismal function (Biomedicine).
- You integrate novel biomedical imaging, biophysical, optical, chemical, synthetic biology (or other bioengineering) approaches to advance human health (Bioengineering).
- You are visibly connected to the global bioengineering, biomedicine and biomedical AI communities.
Your profile
- PhD in (biomedical) engineering, biophysics, cell biology or a related field.
- 2+ years outstanding track record of concept- and technology driven scientific achievements.
- Proven record of acquired third-party funding.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation and leadership skills.
- Experience in leading international, multidisciplinary projects and teams.
- "Can-do" attitude that thrives in a collaborative environment across disciplines.
