The Computational Discovery Research (CDR) group at the Institute for Diabetes and Obesity (IDO) focuses on a systems biology view of the development of insulin resistance and type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). Your mission

  • Administration and maintenance of a software for the analysis of calorimetric data
  • Further development of the software in teamwork
  • Implementation of new functions and development of methods

Your qualifications

  • Student of computer science, bioinformatics, statistics or a related field of study
  • Programming skills in Python and R
  • Very reliable, accurate and independent working style
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
