Our mission as research center: Discover personalized medical solutions for environmentally triggered diseases to promote a healthier society in a rapidly changing world.

NGS technologies have revolutionized the field of genomics and increasingly find their way into human diagnosis and prognosis. Multiplex tools at single cell level have only emerged over the last few years, with spatial transcriptomics - Nature Journals method of the year 2021- holding much promise for basic and translational research. We are offering a unique multi-disciplinary position bringing together genomics, histology, and imaging data analysis to expand our core services. Your skills in NGS technologies (library preparation and sequencing protocols) are essential to support our growing customer base.

We are looking for a highly motivated and independent scientist to join the team of the Genomics Core Facility. In this position you will contribute to ongoing and upcoming NGS projects, as well as implement, optimize and further expand single-cell and spatial transcriptomics technologies. If you are thrilled by novel scientific challenges and would like to work in a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary and cutting-edge team outside a traditional academic role, this could be a great opportunity for you.
