Your responsibilities

  • Establishing in vivo and in vitro models to study adipocyte endothelial cell interactions
  • Establishing ex vivo adipose tissue printing technologies
  • Biochemical analysis of adipocyte and endothelial cell function in vivo and in vitro
  • Cell biological studies on the interaction of adipocytes and endothelial cells
  • Develop novel concepts translating murine findings to clinical useb

Your qualifications

  • PhD in natural sciences
  • Profound experience in studying endothelial cell function
  • Deep knowledge in metabolic phenotyping of transgenic mice
  • Excellent understanding of the regulation of systemic metabolism, especially glucose and lipid homeostasis
  • High motivation, flexibility and topic specific publications
