Your responsibilities

Perform upstream-related activities, including cell culture and differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into pancreatic beta cells
Perform downstream-related activities, including flow cytometry, imaging and molecular biology techniques
Assisting in drafting SOPs for new processes
Perform validation of flow cytometry method
Assisting in qualification of raw materials
Perform manufacturing in a GMP cleanroom
Responsible for laboratory inventory
Perform data collection and analysis

Your qualifications

B.Sc or Diploma in Biology or Biotechnology or related field
Minimum of 1 year´s experience in a related laboratory work
Cleanroom, aseptic techniques and general laboratory experience
EU-GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) knowledge
Experience with cell culture work, preferably with stem cells is an advantage
Experience with flow cytometry, immunofluorescence and molecular biology techniques
Fluency in German (must) and English
