Your responsibilities

  • Perform upstream-related activities, including cell culture and differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into pancreatic beta cells
  • Perform downstream-related activities, including flow cytometry, imaging and molecular biology techniques
  • Assisting in drafting SOPs for new processes
  • Perform validation of flow cytometry method
  • Assisting in qualification of raw materials
  • Perform manufacturing in a GMP cleanroom
  • Responsible for laboratory inventory
  • Perform data collection and analysis

Your qualifications

  • B.Sc or Diploma in Biology or Biotechnology or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year´s experience in a related laboratory work
  • Cleanroom, aseptic techniques and general laboratory experience
  • EU-GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) knowledge
  • Experience with cell culture work, preferably with stem cells is an advantage
  • Experience with flow cytometry, immunofluorescence and molecular biology techniques
  • Fluency in German (must) and English
  • Desired qualifications
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
