Your responsibilities

As a member of the science management team, your tasks will include:

  • Supporting the CHC Grant Management Team in various administrative tasks relating to 3rd party-funded projects
  • Identifying new funding opportunities and preparing information packages for scientists
  • Assistance with project management of upcoming and active projects
  • Improving grant documentation, SOPs and templates
  • Assistance with project reporting

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to work on various upcoming tasks
  • An interest in artificial intelligence/machine learning
  • Very good skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (or equivalent)

We offer 8-20 hours a week, flexible working hours and mobile working for most tasks. If you are interested, please upload your application as PDF file by March 31st, 2023. Starting date is flexible.

Salary and social benefits are based on the tariff community of German states (TdL), The position is limited to up to 6 months.
