The Bioinformatics Platform of the Genomics Core Facility at Helmholtz Munich is looking for a highly motivated Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Bioinformatician (f/m/x) to join our team of experienced scientists.
The bioinformatics team provides primary, secondary and tertiary (custom) bioinformatic analyses, courses and consultation for our core users. We work closely with biologists, clinicians, computational scientists and staff from other core facilities to implement and validate new computational pipelines.

Provided that the prerequisites are fulfilled, a salary level up to E 13 is possible. Social benefits are based on the collective agreement for the federal public service (TVöD). The position is (initially) limited to two years, under certain circumstances an extension can be arranged.
