Your mission

  • Difference human pluripotent stem cells in pancreatic tissue on a microfluidic chip platform
  • Develop and use spatially resolved single cell transcriptome analysis for in vitro tissue characterization

Your qualifications

  • completed scientific university education (Master / Diploma) in the field of biochemistry, biophysics or bioengineering
  • structural work to solve complex problems at the interface of biochemistry and the engineering sciences
  • very good written and spoken English

Desirable qualifications

  • knowledge of a programming language, such as Python, is an advantage
  • high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team

Remuneration and social benefits are based on the collective wage agreement for public-sector employees at federal level (EG 13 50% TV EntgO Bund). In addition, there is also the possibility of granting an allowance amounting to 15% if the necessary conditions are fulfilled. The position is (initially) limited to three years, but under certain circumstances an extension can be arranged.
