    You will

    • support the Helmholtz AI science management team located at Helmholtz Zentrum München in their daily operations
    • support the organisation of internal and external scientific events and network activities
    • support of Helmholtz AI outreach activities (e.g. homepage and merchandise)

    What we offer 

    • 8-10 hours a week, initially for 6 months up to 1 year
    • flexible working hours and mobile working (for most tasks)

    What we expect from you

    • enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
    • very good verbal and written fluency in English
    • good working knowledge of MS office (or equivalent)
    • well-organized with flexibility to work on various upcoming tasks
    • an interest in artificial intelligence/ machine learning and in working in a dynamic international environment

    Additional preferred competences:

    • very good verbal and written fluency in German is a plus
    • experience in public outreach/event management is a plus
