Your responsibilities

  • Development of a data warehouse structure storing bio­logical data and metadata
  • Development of reactive and interactive web appli­cation to access and query the data warehouse 
  • Expand and improve automatic data inte­gration from the sequencing core facility and external partnersites

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering or similar fields
  • Experience in developing data ware­house solutions
  • Experience in web appli­cation develop­ment using modern frame­works

Desired qualifications 

  • Experience with high performance computing
  • Experience with next generation sequencing data analysis
  • Experience in interdisciplinary teams
